Needless to say, during the transition period there may be some interuptions to the new newsletter. This is generally being caused by teething problems. It is hoped that mailing options can be sorted out in the near future and that any member currently missing out on the newsletter will be included in the mailing list.

Another year has disappeared and the club has had many changes, most for the better I believe. We are now trialling opening on a more regular basis (from Noon on weekdays) and have had a fair bit of success so far. We are also picking up many new members in the process. The new furniture adds a new dimension to the club rooms giving it an open feel. Come and have a look in the near future. The club is in desperate need of members to stand for the committee, on several occasions this year we were unable to hold a meeting due to lack of numbers. We need new blood to help us move forward and better the club for all members. We have changed our meeting schedule to once every two months and hope that this will encourage more members to put their hands up. If you are interested in help out please contact either myself, Steve Nelson or George Bottriell as soon as possible. The annual General Meeting is to be held on the 11th Feb 2007 at 1100 hrs and it would be fantastic to see as many members present as possible.
